This year Lutgarde attended the Expert class on witness evidence, organized by the CEPANI Arbitration Academy. The CEPANI Arbitration Academy aims to improve the knowledge and enhance the practical skills of counsels in national and international arbitration.
In this class she learned more about the different techniques of witness examination in arbitration proceedings (direct, re-direct, and cross examination) bearing the legal practice in mind. The newly acquired skills were then thoroughly practiced in small groups.
