IRDI, the intellectual property law quarterly review founded by Eric has reached its twentieth anniversary last judicial year.
A special anniversary issue (2015/4) covering the concept of “communication to the public” was edited by Eric and Olivier Sasserath, and co-authored by Olivier ( Exceptions to the right of communication to the public).
Since its inception Irdi has taken part as an influential and inspiring source in the intellectual property scene in Belgium.
