Herman Croux chaired an International Bar Association panel on 10 October 2017 in Sydney. This session addressed the growing problem of piracy faced by content providers, which includes the theft and digital sharing of music, television programs and motion pictures. Our expert panel has discussed the impact of digital piracy, and creative solutions to this worldwide problem. Panelists included Dean Marks (MPA) and Steve Crown (Microsoft).
