The evolution of IT is mesmerizing. Storage, computing and data transfer capacities increase exponentially, and the miniaturization of hardware is a perpetually ongoing process. These developments allow the emergence of the “Internet of things” or “Internet of everything”, where people, processes, data and things are brought together to constantly exchange data through networks.
This raises many legal issues, which Philippe Laurent has summarized in an article (in French) published in the “Classe Export Wallonie” magazine, which is also available [here].
