A commercial lawyer and litigator, Jan is mainly active in trade practices (advertising, promotions, branding), compliance with data protection regulations, new media and electronic commerce, and in the field of commercial intermediaries (distribution and franchising). He has particular industry knowledge of fashion retail chains, the promotion services industry, supermarkets, automotive and industrial manufacturing.

Jan regularly advises large manufacturers and retailers in their commercial contracts and litigation work, including related intellectual property work.

He has a law degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven).
