Marouane joined specializes in IP, IT and Commercial Law. His main responsibilities involve reviewing and drafting various contracts, including NDAs, licensing agreements, and master service agreements tailored for IT service providers. Additionally, he assists clients in the process of registering Benelux and European trademarks, ensuring sign availability and distinctiveness, while also overseeing trademark deposits.

Marouane obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Economic and Social Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2020, after completing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Université Saint-Louis-Bruxelles from 2015 to 2018. He further enhanced his education with a Complementary Degree in Management from Ichec Brussels Management School in 2021.
