Victor is specialized in advising clients on contracts and resolving disputes and is especially active in IT driven sectors. Since 2022, he is also a certified DPO.

He earned his master’s degree with honors from University of Liège (2016) and also hold a specialized master in New Technologies Law (2017) with high honors from the University of Namur.
