Nicole is one of the founding partners of the firm and now joins the ranks of MVVP again – in the year of the 30th birthday of the firm. In 2019 Nicole left the firm for one of our clients, a leading European sports marketing company.
Nicole brings tons of legal experience and business acumen and is widely known and respected as a corporate M&A lawyer. She has done deals in many industries, including media, sports, food and beverage, transport, infrastructure and retail.
Nicole is very active on an international level and is the current Chair of the Closely Held Companies Committee of the International Bar Association, as well as past Chair of AIJA – International Young Lawyers Association.
